The Pakistan Navy, as previously stated, is presently taking applications for its PN Cadet recruiting program. The headline of the advertisement read: (Join Pakistan Navy as PN Cadet for Permanent Commission in Term 2023-A).
Candidates having qualifications Intermediate are eligible to apply for the vacant posts of PN Cadet falling in the following eligibility criteria:
- Matriculation and FSc or O/A Level with at least 60% marks are required for admission to PN Cadet. Both civilians and veterans of the military are welcome. All areas of Pakistan are eligible to apply, including Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and X-Fata.
- Male Pakistani residents who are not married must be between the ages of 16 and 21 in order to reside in Pakistan.
- Age Restrictions for Service Personnel: 17 to 23 Years
- 5 feet 4 inches in height is required.
Open the aforementioned URL, navigate to the Online Registration area, and fill out the form with the necessary information. On the same page, the Pakistan Navy Registration Slip will be available. The entrance exam date will be published online by the appropriate PNR&SC. For the following topics, computer-based testing (e-testing) will be used:
Intelligence examination
Academic examinations in English, math, physics, and general knowledge will be administered.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted by the Pakistan Navy to schedule an initial medical, an interview, and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) at the relevant PNR&SCs.
- One mile of running (1.6 km) Time: 8.30
- Pushups for 10 seconds, then 2 seconds.
- Every 02 seconds, do 10 sit-ups.
- For two minutes, do two sets of two chin-ups.
- Pakistani citizens who wish to apply for any of the aforementioned employment vacancies* must do so using Pakistan Navy's officially stated online platform/portal, which may be accessed by clicking here (FOR APPLYING ONLINE) OR searching / browsing https://www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk/.
- Only those who have been meritoriously shortlisted will be invited to the ISSB tests and interviews. For applicants nominated by the ISSB, the closest CMH/ PNS SHIFA will perform a medical test. Naval Headquarters will make the final decision based on merit.
